Workflow:
1. Ingest discovery notes, scoped solution, pricing inputs, and supporting proof.
2. Validate required inputs and flag gaps.
3. Build the proposal structure.
4. Draft each section in order: context, scope, deliverables, timeline, commercials, assumptions.
5. Run QA check for missing scope, unclear exclusions, or inflated claims.
6. Route to human review before sending.

- Missing inputs should block drafting, not be guessed.
- Keep exclusions explicit.
- Do not overstate results or certainty.When to Use This
Use this when proposals are frequent enough that the assembly work needs system support, but commercial judgement still needs a human sign-off.
It is useful for consultancies, agencies, freelancers, and service teams that already know their proposal format but want speed and consistency.
Why It Works
The blueprint works because it blocks guesswork early. Proposal automation breaks when the system fills in missing scope or pricing logic as if those decisions were settled.
The QA pass also matters. Proposal mistakes are often not grammatical. They are commercial ambiguities that create delivery pain later.
How to Customise
Swap in your own template sections, pricing logic, and approval rules.
If you use standard offer components, a structured library of approved deliverables makes this workflow much stronger.
Limitations
This helps assemble proposals. It does not decide whether the proposed work is commercially smart or operationally feasible.
Anything client-facing and commercial should still pass through a human before it leaves the business.
Model Notes
Claude is strong for section-level drafting and coherence across the proposal.
GPT is useful when the workflow needs more rigid data mapping between steps. Model-agnostic overall.
